Description

GDI has developed a 100% silicon anode for Li-ion batteries that can be used in many industry verticals from defense to electronics to eMobility. The technology increases Li-ion energy density by 30%, 3x faster charging speeds, and uses a mature and advanced manufacturing process in partnership with AGC, the 2nd largest glass company in the world to produce at attractive economies of scale(OPEX and CAPEX). This technology is protected by 36 patents with 32 pending and will enable lower temperature operation and provide a fully NATO supply chain.
