Registration: To secure your place at The Business Booster 2020, please register with the link in your invitation email by 30 June.

Booth design: You can choose between one of the following options:

1. EIT InnoEnergy designs the artwork, using your company logo and description. Please note, additional customisation will not be available – please make sure to contact your local EIT InnoEnergy Marketing Manager if your company branding has been updated. If you want to submit new marketing material, please do so by 22 June 2020.

2. You design the artwork for your booth latest by 22 June 2020, following the instructions and the template that we will send you.

Please choose accordingly upon registration and further detailed information including templates will follow.

A week before the event we will send you your event badge, please print it out and bring it with you.

Stand set-up: Tuesday 3 November: 16:00– 20:00

Product showroom set-up: Tuesday 3 November: 16:00-20:00

TBB.2020 0pening hours:

Wednesday 4 November: 8:00– 18:30 (Please be there from: 8:00 am – 18:30 pm)
Thursday 5 November: 9:00 – 16:30 (Please be there from: 8:30– 17:00)

Dismantling: Thursday 5 November: 17:00 pm

WiFi: access will be provided for the duration of the event.

The floor plan will be published soon.

All companies will have the same kind of booth (6sqm) that includes:

  • Back and side walls
  • 2,3 kW power 230V, 10 amp, 1 phase 1KW
  • Armspots (1 per m2)
  • 5x Foil (graphic)
  • Carpet
  • 1x bar table white
  • 2x Stool white, chrome legs
  • Counter, white
  • Basic daily stand cleaning
  • Set up/dismantle

The booths will be set-up by the supplier company. Your company is responsible for bringing your own promotional material (brochures, leaflets, etc.) as well as your own computer (if necessary) and any other items you may need.

As a TBB.2020 exhibitor you are expected to:

  • Meet in-person with industry and potential new customers
  • Deliver your materials to the venue
  • Make orders for all additional equipment in the exhibitor portal
  • Highlight new products and/or build brand awareness
  • Network with the EIT InnoEnergy community
  • Keep up-to-date on new trends and innovative ideas
  • Interact with the press
  • Boost your presence in the market
  • Build new business connections

Travel and accommodation will be provided for a maximum of two people per exhibit. Hotel accommodation and flights/train tickets will need to be booked by our official travel agency, Egencia. Egencia is the only official agency, please do not trust any other travel company that may contact you. You will receive instructions via e-mail on how to book your transport and accommodation in June.

Please note that EIT InnoEnergy will not cover these costs:

  • Additional expenses such as flight transfers and extra hotel expenses
  • The booking of flights / hotel accommodation made by yourself
  • Parking costs
  • Travel expenses from an accompanying person
  • Costs incurred from additional days in Berlin before or after the event

The venue’s excellent location makes it easy to access by metro from anywhere in the city. Take the S-Bahn to Messe-Süd. From there it is a short 10 minute walk. See directions here.

The smallest communications can drive attendees to your booth, and EIT InnoEnergy wants to help boost those visits. We will assemble several easy-to-implement marketing tools that will encourage current clients and potential new customers to come see your products first-hand and interact with your team at TBB.2020. These tools will be published on this page for you to use.
