A week before the event we will send you your event badge, please print it off and bring it with you.

Opening hours:

Thursday 3 October: 8:00– 18:30 (Please be there from: 8:00 am – 18:30 pm)
Friday 4 October: 9:00 – 16:30 (Please be there from: 8:30– 17:00)

Stand set-up: Wednesday 2 October: 16:00– 20:00

Product showroom set-up: 2 October: 16:00-20:00

Dismantling: Friday 4 October: 17:00 pm

WiFi: access will be provided for the duration of the event.

All companies will have the same kind of booth (6sqm) that includes:

  • Back and side walls
  • 2,3 kW power 230V, 10 amp, 1 phase 1KW
  • Armspots ( 1 per m2)
  • 5x Foil (graphic)
  • Carpet
  • 1x bar table white
  • 2x Stool white, chrome legs
  • Counter, white W100xD40xH100cm
  • Basic daily stand cleaning
  • Set up/dismantle

 

 

 

 

 

The booths will be set-up by the congress venue. Your company is responsible for bringing your own promotional material (brochures, leaflets, etc.) as well as your own computer (if necessary) and any other items you may need.

As a TBB.2019 exhibitor you are expected to:

  • Meet in-person with industry buyers and potential new customers
  • Delivery of materials to the venue
  • Any orders made in the web shop
  • Highlight new products and/or build brand awareness
  • Network with the InnoEnergy community
  • Keep up-to-date on new trends and innovative ideas
  • Interact with the press
  • Boost your presence in the market
  • Build new business connections

Travel and accommodation will be provided for a maximum of two people per exhibit. Hotel accommodation and flights/train tickets will need to be booked by our official travel agency, Egencia. Egencia is the only official agency, please do not trust any other travel company that may contact you. You will have received instructions via e-mail on how to book your transport and accommodation.

Please note that InnoEnergy will not cover these costs:

  • Additional expenses such as flight transfers and extra hotel expenses must be paid for by the individual company.
  • If you book the flights / hotel accommodation by yourself
  • If your park your car
  • If you will travel with an accompanying person
  • If you are planning to spend more days in Paris before or after the event
