WiFi: access will be provided for the duration of the event.

In order to confirm your attendance to the event, please fill-in the online registration form. Non registered exhibitors will not be allowed to participate at the event.

Participation as a TBB.2018 Exhibitor includes:

  • Two participants per company
  • Access to all conferences
  • A personalised 6 sqm booth (3 x 2 m)
  • The chance to pitch during the pitching sessions (*)
  • A personalised page with your company info on the TBB. catalogue
  • Access to the networking tool to connect with all TBB. 2018 participants
  • Two tickets to the social dinner
  • Travel and accommodation during the days of the event (**)

(*) Attendance to the presentation training is mandatory in order to pitch at TBB. 2018
(**) Travel and accommodation are included for all the start-ups on the Highway and for the Innovation projects, only. You have to indicate your needs on the registration form. Flights and hotel accommodation are not included by default.

CM and/or coach with any questions you may have regarding your preparation for the event.

Participation as an exhibiting company includes:

A personalised 6 sqm booth with your company logo and description. All companies will have the same kind of booth that includes:

  • Back and side walls
  • Feet
  • 2,3 kW power 230V, 10 amp, 1 phase
  • Armspots ( 1 per m2)
  • 5x Foil (graphic)*
  • Carpet
  • 1x bar table white
  • 2x Stool white, chrome legs
  • Counter, white W100xD40xH100cm
  • Basic daily stand cleaning
  • Set up/dismantle

(*) What will be printed on my booth?

Option A: The company will design it:
6 m2 BOOTH (3 x 2 m)
Back wall consists of 3 wall panels while the side wall consists of 2 wall panels. The graphic will be printed directly on a PVC plate – please note that the metal uprights are visible. Dimensions for print file for each panel are: 968 (w) x 2412 (h) mm

Please note you have to deliver 5 individual ready to print files – one per each wall panel. Please provide an individual PDF file for each wall graphic:

  • PDF files 100% size with actual sign dimensions
  • Density when scale factor is 100%: minimum 120 dpi.  If file is scaled please adjust density accordingly F. ex. Is scale factor is 50%, density should be minimum 240 dpi.
  • All text and graphic should be outlined
  • All files should have crop marks for cutting
  • File name: Please include the following information into the file name: Sign name and / or sign no. Event and / or customer name. Scale factor F. ex. A.01_BCevent_100%.pdf

If you choose this option you will be responsible for sending us the final design in the specified format before. The deadline is next 1st, August 2018.

Option B: InnoEnergy designs the booth including your company logo and a brief description of your company.

The booths will be set-up by the congress venue. Each company is responsible for bringing their own promotional material (brochures, leaflets, etc.) as well as their own computer (if necessary) and any other communicational items they may need.

If you are planning to send some items to the venue by courier, please contact us in advance. The venue has its own policy for receiving goods and deliveries. Always quote TBB.2018 your company name and your booth number for any deliveries destined for your booth.

As a TBB.2018 exhibitor you will:

  • Meet in-person with industry buyers and potential new customers
  • Highlight new products and/or build brand awareness
  • Network with the InnoEnergy community
  • Keep up-to-date on new trends and innovative ideas
  • Interact with the press
  • Boost your presence in the market
  • Build new business connections

Presentations – must be submitted until 9 October 2018  to the e-mails indicated on the guidelines

• No presentations, with no exception, will be accepted after the deadline.
• Please name your presentation with your company name (start-up). Do not use general terms as “Tbb. Pitching” or anything similar.
• No LAST-MINUTE changes in the presentation itinerary will be allowed. Once we have published the order, we expect you to present at the given time slot.
Please do inform us before 25 September if you will not participate.

BCD Travel has been selected as the official travel agency for TBB. 2018. If you receive emails or notifications from another travel agency, please ignore them.

For supported start-ups and some of the Innovation projects flights (only European flights) and hotel accommodation – individual room – come courtesy of InnoEnergy. However, additional expenses such as flight transfers and extra hotel expenses must be paid for by the individual company. Please consult your CC if you require more details regarding this point.

Please note that:

  • If you book the flights / hotel accommodation by yourself
  • If your park your car
  • If you will travel with an accompanying person
  • If you are planning to spend more days in Copenhagen before or after the event

Bella Centre has been select to host TBB.2018

Bella Center, Scandinavia’s largest exhibition centre, is just a 10 minute taxi ride from Copenhagen airport. Regional trains also run from the airport to Ørestad Station. Copenhagen Airport offers a wide range of international and domestic flights every day.

There is a shuttle service running every 30 minutes from 6:00 to 23:00 between Copenhagen airport and two partner hotels of the event: the AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen (which is directly connected to Bella Center Copenhagen) and Crowne Plaza Copenhaguen Towers.

How to arrive?

By Train: The Bella Center is within each reach of the Copenhagen Central train station. Just jump on bus number 30, it will take 20-25 minutes. All regional trains also stop at Ørestad Station, from there you can transfer to the metro to get to Bella Center. Note that Intercity Trains do not currently stop at Ørestad Station.

By Metro: The centre of Copenhagen is just a few minutes away by metro: line M1 (Vanløse to Vestamager). The station you want is called “Bella Center” and it located at the east entrance to the venue.

The smallest communications can drive attendees to your booth, and InnoEnergy wants to help boost those visits. The Matchmaking tool: connect with your customers before, during, and after TBB.with the business-to-business (B2B) matchmaking tool . The tool will be opened a few days before the event and will allow you to connect with your customers and arrange an agenda of meetings. B2B meetings are scheduled to take place during the entire event at your booth.
