Ecovat has created an underground storage vessel with an integrated heat exchange system. This system is designed to be integrated in a hybrid smart microgridand consists of energy generation through cooled photovoltaics (PVT), storage (both heat and electric) and a smart steering system, enabling net balancing by taking off peaks in energy production and storing it (mainly as heat) for use at times of energy shortage.
