Bio
Tetsuya Shinohara is an Executive Vice President and Chief Regional Officer for EMEA at Mitsubishi Corporation (MC). Currently stationed in London, he serves as the Managing Director of Mitsubishi Corporation International (Europe) Plc and concurrently as the General Manager of the London Branch.
Since joining MC in 1990, he has held various roles, with a primary focus on global strategy and regional management at the Tokyo headquarters. Early in his career, he gained invaluable international experience through assignments in France, Senegal, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
In addition to his current responsibilities, Mr. Shinohara serves as the President of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the UK and holds several non-executive directorships within the Mitsubishi Corporation Group
