Bio
Antoine Troesch began his career within Morgan Stanley energy and infrastructure M&A team. From 2005 to 2018, Antoine worked at ORANO (formerly AREVA) where he was Group Head of M&A and then in the Executive Committee as Head of Front-End Business (uranium conversion & enrichment) and CEO of Eurodif, lauching Comurhex 2 chemical plant (France’s biggest industrial investment of the last decade).
In 2018, Antoine was appointed Chief Investment Officer of Banque des Territoires, Caisse des Dépôts. Under his leadership, the portfolio doubled to 8 Bn€ and 1,500 participations in main sectors of the economy (energy, environment, mobility, digital, industry, tourism, healthcare, ageing, education, retail, etc.) in various asset classes (venture capital, infrastructure, real estate, funds…).
In 2023, Antoine joined Demeter Investment Managers, a pioneer European green investment, as co-CEO and Managing Partner. In 2025, Demeter merged with Cerea Partners, to form DEMEA Invest, a private equity, infrastructure and debt investor in sustainable growth for agriculture, food, energy and ecological transition.
DEMEA’s funds invest from €1m to €50m to support companies at all development stages: innovative startups, small and mid-cap companies, as well as infrastructure projects. DEMEA has €3 Bn assets under management and has completed 450 investments over 20 years.
Antoine graduated from École Centrale Paris and Institut d’études politiques de Paris.
