Our Sparkfuze™ coating platform replaces a 60-year-old electrode manufacturing process with a fast, continuous coating system that produces high-performance electrodes in minutes rather than days. Combined with Sparklab, our AI-enabled materials discovery engine, this creates a powerful loop for discovering and industrialising improved catalyst coatings far faster than conventional approaches.
In just a few years our team has achieved major improvements in established catalyst systems — reducing precious metal use while increasing durability and lowering energy consumption — and has already moved these advances from the lab into industrial applications.
Jolt is a spin-off from ICIQ, one of the world’s leading catalysis and electrochemistry institutes, and we are now deploying our technology commercially across multiple electrochemical sectors.
