Cancellation policyCancellation policy 2026 If you cancel your participation in writing on or before 31 May 2026, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel your participation in writing on or before 31 July 2026, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel your participation after 31 July 2026, no refund will be possible.
What is included in my registration?Your registration package will vary depending on the option you choose, whether it's a two-day ticket or one-day ticket. Two-day tickets are: Valid for both days, give you access to the exhibition and all conferences, as well as refreshments and lunch, event materials and access to the networking tool. One-day tickets are valid for the day you purchase your ticket for, giving you access to the exhibition and all conferences as well as refreshments and lunch for one day, event materials and access to the networking tool.
